 sting not-for-profits through governance and strategy\, Caroline combines&
 nbsp\;extensive experience with a broad-thinking\, strategic approach to p
 roduce people-centred solutions.&nbsp\;Connecting the people\, services an
 d information rural organisations need to help them expand and&nbsp\;thriv
 e in their community. Caroline leads the not forprofit service and also pr
 ovides support to small&nbsp\;rural local governments.Caroline currently h
 olds an EO position on the North Eastern Wheatbelt Regional Organisation o
 f&nbsp\;Councils and has also held board positions on state government\, r
 ural not-for-profits\, sports clubs and&nbsp\;the Regional Chambers of Com
 merce and Industry WA. In 2011 Caroline was awarded the Agrifutures&nbsp\;
 National and WA Rural Woman of the Year\, as well as the Shire of Narembee
 n Citizen of the Year in&nbsp\;2018.Caroline is currently the Chair of the
  Ravensthorpe Hopetoun Future Fund\, resides on the WA Country&nbsp\;Healt
 h Service Board\, is the Company Secretary of the SEGRA Foundation and Pre
 sident of the Eastern&nbsp\;Districts Hockey Association.
