 \, Caroline combines&nbsp\;extensive experience with a broad-thinking\, st
 rategic approach to produce people-centred solutions.&nbsp\;Connecting the
  people\, services and information rural organisations need to help them e
 xpand and&nbsp\;thrive in their community. Caroline leads the not forprofi
 t service and also provides support to small&nbsp\;rural local governments
 .Caroline currently holds an EO position on the North Eastern Wheatbelt Re
 gional Organisation of&nbsp\;Councils and has also held board positions on
  state government\, rural not-for-profits\, sports clubs and&nbsp\;the Reg
 ional Chambers of Commerce and Industry WA. In 2011 Caroline was awarded t
 he Agrifutures&nbsp\;National and WA Rural Woman of the Year\, as well as 
 the Shire of Narembeen Citizen of the Year in&nbsp\;2018.Caroline is curre
 ntly the Chair of the Ravensthorpe Hopetoun Future Fund\, resides on the W
 A Country&nbsp\;Health Service Board\, is the Company Secretary of the SEG
 RA Foundation and President of the Eastern&nbsp\;Districts Hockey Associat
 ion.
