 tion rural organisations need to help them expand and&nbsp\;thrive in thei
 r community. Caroline leads the not forprofit service and also provides su
 pport to small&nbsp\;rural local governments.Caroline currently holds an E
 O position on the North Eastern Wheatbelt Regional Organisation of&nbsp\;C
 ouncils and has also held board positions on state government\, rural not-
 for-profits\, sports clubs and&nbsp\;the Regional Chambers of Commerce and
  Industry WA. In 2011 Caroline was awarded the Agrifutures&nbsp\;National 
 and WA Rural Woman of the Year\, as well as the Shire of Narembeen Citizen
  of the Year in&nbsp\;2018.Caroline is currently the Chair of the Ravensth
 orpe Hopetoun Future Fund\, resides on the WA Country&nbsp\;Health Service
  Board\, is the Company Secretary of the SEGRA Foundation and President of
  the Eastern&nbsp\;Districts Hockey Association.
