If you secured a voucher during round 1 there’s still time to use it — but don’t leave it too late.

You must buy your tickets and claim your rebate by 31 May 2026.

You can purchase tickets for events taking place after this date, provided the ticket purchase and claim occurs before the deadline.

After this date, any money left on your voucher will expire.

Here’s how to use your voucher:

Buy your tickets from an approved venue or provider.
Keep your tax invoice. You will need it to claim your rebate. Ensure the tax invoice includes the approved venue name or provider, ABN, purchase date, total amount (including GST) and the itemised purchase.
Go to the Passes tab on the ServiceWA app and follow the instructions to claim your rebate.

Once your claim is approved, the rebate will be paid into your bank account in about 7 working days.

Round 2 of the program opens later in 2026.
