Revealed is a vibrant and free event bringing together artworks from WA’s best new, emerging and established Aboriginal artists.
The Revealed Art Market will be held on Saturday 18 April at the WA Museum Boola Bardip from 9.30am to 5pm.
This year’s market will showcase the work of more than 40 stallholders as well as a full program of dance, music, talks and activities to keep the whole family entertained.
The market allows you to buy directly from Aboriginal artists with 100% of sales going to art centres and makers.
The Revealed Art Exhibition runs for 8 weeks from Saturday 18 April until Sunday 14 at Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA).
Curated by proud Whadjuk, Balladong, and Wilman Noongar artist and independent curator Zali Morgan, the exhibition will highlight 100 talented artists from 28 art centres, along with 10 independent artists.
Now in its 18th year, and its third year under the custodianship of the Aboriginal Art Centre Hub of WA. Revealed provides a major platform for Aboriginal artists, many from remote and regional communities, to share their works with the wider public and derive a sustainable income to support themselves and their communities.
Revealed is presented in association with PICA and WA Museum Boola Bardip, and proudly supported by the WA Government, Australian Government and the City of Perth.
