The DAIP outlines how we’ll improve access and inclusion over the next 5 years so people with disability can participate fully in our services, programs, events and workplaces.

What the DAIP does

The DAIP is a practical roadmap that guides improvements across our:

  • services and events
  • buildings and facilities
  • information and communications
  • service quality, consultation and employment.

The plan supports us to meet our responsibilities under the Disability Services Act 1993 and aligns with broader state and national disability strategies.

Why access and inclusion matter

We work with communities across Western Australia and internationally. This includes people with visible and hidden disability, as well as families, carers and support networks.

Removing barriers helps ensure people with disability can:

  • access services on an equal basis
  • work with or for CITS
  • take part in cultural, creative, sporting and tourism experiences.

Inclusive design benefits everyone and leads to stronger community outcomes.
