Please join us for a free four-part webinar series designed to help sporting and recreation organisations strengthen volunteer engagement and build more sustainable clubs. 

Volunteers play a critical role in the success of every club. This series explores practical approaches to volunteer recruitment, retention, support and succession planning, providing participants with achievable strategies that can be applied immediately. 

Participants can register for the full series or attend individual sessions.

Session 1: An Introduction to Succession Planning

Presenter 

Louise Giles, Manager Training and Development, Volunteering WA 

Louise is a training and development professional with more than 25 years' experience across the volunteer sector, not-for-profit organisations, local government and corporate environments in the United Kingdom and Western Australia. She has extensive experience supporting sporting and recreation clubs to address volunteer recruitment, retention, succession planning, governance and volunteer wellbeing.
